Peanut Butter Frosting
Ingredients
- 2 cups (200g) confectioner's sugar
- 1/4 cup (65g) organic creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Instructions
- Using an electric mixer, beat together the confectioner's sugar and the peanut butter in a medium bowl until creamy. Add the vanilla and almond milk, and beat an additional two minutes.
