Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)
- 2 Tablespoons Tahini
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain half of the liquid from the can and pour the remaining liquid and beans into a blender.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve with slices of pita bread or carrots.
