Soccer Boys Back-to-School Celebration Dinner
Celebration dinner for Soccer Boys in the EFCPG Club (Petit-Goave) marks back-to-school, fall term and the organizational meeting for Ambassador Kids Pod#2 at Byenvini Room at R-Solution Community Center. Eliezer Saint Cyr, Help-Haiti Team Leader [and Ms. —] coordinate parent volunteers and food production by Caribbean Spot Restaurant, including fresh-baked patties from Bon Gou Bakery’s new, outdoor oven.
Many of our teens (13-17 years) and their Tigoave families still suffer from catastrophic June floods that ravaged their community. $300USD from an appeal by the Chairmen’s Discretionary Fund on Help Haiti Now funds a hot meal for up to 300 and limited back-to-school supplies.
As Ambassador Kids (hhKids) they are entitled to 3 H’s of Mission123: H-ealthy lifestyle, H-umane education, and a H-olistic environment. hhKids in Haitian PODS, throughout the Diaspora, and their Friends are governed by an Ambassador Guardian and managed by Ambassador Kids Cooperative. Pods reinforce local identity while connecting them with all Millenials. Guardians, educators and coaches empower hhKids to thrive individually and #SaveHaiti, based on The Ambassador Kids Promise…
I promise to help myself and my country.
POD#2 will re-dedicate their 100 Trees Project, accept 2 bicycles to begin their Community 100 Bicycle Fleet, and distribute 30 gallon bags to designated Recycler Kids in anticipation of their EDU Point of Light Hub.
The EFCPG Soccer Club is a Public Service Module of Help-Haiti Masterplan.
