We found (organic-vegan restaurant) Plant Theory Botanical Food Alchemy newly-at Whitelaw Hotel, 808 Collins Ave, South Beach. We chose a cool, green outdoor table nestled between the porch, lobby and Int’l Hostel next door.
Estela started with a green smoothie – Kombucha for me. Shel was courteous and friendly. Food Alchemist, Mosie philosophized about the joys, virtues and high vibrations of plant-based foods and ‘putting delicious into nutritious.’ This was expertly accomplished by Chef Edna with Estela’s ‘Raw Viva Italia Squashghetti and Meatballs $13’ and my gluten-free ‘Raw Mama Mia Meatball Hero $13’. We were chanting ‘YUMMM’ even before sharing a Raw Cheesecake plus Raw Chocolate Cupcake.
