Points of Light Hubs ‘POLS’ Deliver Instant Infrastructure Assets to sites in Haiti
Points of Light Hubs ‘POLS’ are scalable, customized, licensed bundles/packages of hard and soft infrastructure modernization assets installed at critical sites in Haiti. Equipment is installed, operated and licensed as a Public Service Module of RJL Cooperative Trust. Initial POLS are customized per an intake assessment of site needs: number of users, pre-existing assets in place, RJL Cooperative Trust priorities, and available funds. POLS are administrated by Help Haiti Cooperative Chamber of Commerce under licenses by Help-Haiti Cooperative; maintained by custodian SEDA Utilities per SEDA Grand South Design 2030.
