Points of Light Hubs ‘POLS’ are scalable, customized bundles of hard and soft infrastructure modernization assets, with essentials (solar SkyPower generator, atmospheric SkyJuice water extractor, satellite SkyTalk internet portal) and desirables (per Customize Analysis.) POL License by Help-Haiti Chamber of Commerce. POL Assets are the property of RJL Trust. POL maintenance and management by SEDA Utilities. Four categories are: EDU, EDS, COP and COM>
