Points of Light Hubs ‘POLS’ are scalable, customized bundles of hard and soft infrastructure modernization assets, with essentials (solar SkyPower generator, atmospheric SkyJuice water extractor, satellite SkyTalk internet,) and desirables (per Customize Analysis.)  POL Licenses issued by Help-Haiti Chamber of Commerce. POL Assets are the property of RJL Trust.  POL maintenance and management by SEDA Utilities.  POL categories:  EDU, EDS, COP and COM.
