RJL Help Haiti Cooperative Trust (‘RJL Trust’) shall serve Haiti in Perpetuity
RJL Trust shall curate Strategic Assets (‘hhAssets’)
RJL Trust shall benefit the Haitian people, their lands and their nation in perpetuity. Primary benefactor Ritho Jean Louis endowed RJL Trust with a corpus of tangible and strategic assets worth TWENTY-MILLION DOLLARS USD/$20,000,000.00 (‘hhAssets,) including 944-acre Royal Cooperative Campus, R-Solution Community Center, for-profit and nonprofit business operations, heavy equipment, etc. Secondary Benefactor Jeff ‘VeganMan’ Tucker provides unvalued program licenses, management systems, and project designs Help-Haiti $100M Masterplan, SEDA $2.5B Grand South Design 2030 (‘unvalued hhAssets’).
Custodians of hhAssets shall be R-Solution 2004, Inc., S.E.D.A. SA, and Save The Earth Ecocenter, Inc. (‘hhCustodians.’) hhCustodians shall utilize, license, deploy, loan or pledge hhAssets for qualified uses to qualified sub-custodians. For example, hhAssets may serve as collateral for SEDA Bonds.
RJL Trust is administered by Chief Trustee Jeff ‘VeganMan’ Tucker, and Trustees Ritho Jean Louis, Sr., Hon. Ralph Latortue, Pastor Elou Fleurine and Claude ‘Papa Reggie’ Reginald Jean (‘hhTrustees.’) hhTrustees shall mandate: Help-Haiti Cooperative for the common welfare; Help-Haiti Mission123 to guide its administration; agencies Help-Haiti NGO, Help-Haiti Cooperative Chamber of Commerce, Help-Haiti Bank & Trust, et. al. to serve its beneficiaries.

944-acre Cooperative Port Royal Campus is the development site for Haiti Natural Hospital, Haiti Natural Health Institute, farmsteads, demonstration and housing projects of Masterplan Phase-3.
R-Solution Community Center 4-story downtown office building @89 Cupidon, Petit-Goave, HT is undergoing expansion-renovation to house Public Service Modules in Hub-1: CSpot-1 restaurant, Patriot Social and Music Club, meeting rooms, catering, hospitality center, Healthy Haiti Clinic-1, S.E.D.A. SA office, gift store, thrift store, R-Select Band studio, bakery, unisex hair salon et. al.
Haiti Community Hub-2 of Bainbridge, GA is under development.
