RJL Cooperative Trust ‘hhTrust’ and Assets ‘hhAssets’

RJL Cooperative Trust (‘hhTrust’) shall serve the Haitian People and Nation in Perpetuity with a Corpus of Strategic Assets (‘hhAssets’)

Primary benefactor Ritho Jean Louis endowed hhTrust with a corpus of tangible assets, including 944-acre Cooperative Campus, 4-story building in downtown Petit-Goave, for-profit and nonprofit business operations, transmission tower and heavy equipment valued at TWENTY-MILLION DOLLARS USD $20,000,000.00 (‘hhAssets.’)  Secondary Benefactor Jeff ‘VeganMan’ Tucker provided goods and services and intangibles including program licenses, management systems, and project designs Help-Haiti $100M Masterplan, SEDA $2.5B Grand South Design 2030 (‘unvalued hhAssets’).  hhTrust shall manage, utilize and leverage all assets to benefit the Haitian People, their lands and their nation in perpetuity.

Custodians of hhAssets shall be R-Solution 2004, Inc./R-Solution Foundation, S.E.D.A. SA, and Save The Earth Ecocenter, Inc. (‘hhCustodians.’)  hhCustodians shall license, deploy, loan or pledge hhAssets for qualified uses and to qualified sub-custodians.  For example, hhAssets may serve as collateral for SEDA Bonds, reserves for Help-Haiti Cooperative Bank & Trust, or other purposes of Help-Haiti National Cooperative.

hhTrust is managed by Trustees Ritho Jean Louis, Sr., Hon. Ralph Latortue, Pastor Elou Fleurine, Claude ‘Papa Reggie’ Reginald Jean and Jeff ‘VeganMan’ Tucker, Chief Trustee (‘hhTrustees’).  hhTrustees shall mandate and authorize under Help-Haiti Missioin123, any agencies and sub-agencies including Help-Haiti Cooperative, Help-Haiti NGO, Help-Haiti Chamber of Commerce, Help-Haiti Cooperative Investment and Insurance Bank, Help-Haiti Cooperative Bank & trust, to carry out the goals and purposes of hhTrust.

Facilities and Real Estate hhAssets

944-acre Cooperative Port Royal Campus shall develop Haiti Natural Hospital, Haiti Natural Health Institute, farmsteads, demonstration farm, multifamily housing and Phase 3 developments.
4-story R-Solution Community Center @89 Cupidon, Petit-Goave, HT expansion-renovation will house Public Service Modules: CSpot1 restaurant, Patriot Social and Music Club, meeting rooms, catering, hospitality center, Healthy Haiti Clinic One, S.E.D.A. SA office, corporate offices, gift store, thrift store, R-Select Band studio, bakery, unisex hair salon.
Haiti Community Hub of Bainbridge, GA is under development.
Recently donated tracts:  3 acre fish farm | dump-recycle sites | bakery expansion property
