S.E.D.A., S.A. (‘SEDA’) is a socially-responsible, public limited company (PLC) in Petit-Goave, Haiti. Its partnership with Haiti’s Interior Ministry as a fiduciary agency tasked to provide utilities and public works infrastructure such as sanitation, alternative energy, waste and water treatment, food security, transportation in emergencies and for long-term sustainable development.

SEDA was created on September 10, 2005, then chartered on January 29, 2006 by Interior Minister Paul Gustav Magloire, Haiti’s Secretary of State, and fifteen Haitian Mayors, with nonprofit R-Solution 2004, Inc. attn: Mr. Ritho Jean Louis to serve The Grand South Territory of 4 million inhabitants. As a member of Help-Haiti NGO Coalition, SEDA enjoys access to heavy equipment and other assets (‘hhAssets’) of RJL Help-Haiti Cooperative Trust.

Since we have created the partnership with the Haitian Government (on September 10, 2005) to assist the Grand South of Haiti with waste management, food and energy security and public works, our organization, “Le Service d’Entretien et d’Assainissement”, (SEDA) continues to have a Session of Training on Assainissement and Recycling (STAR).
This year (2023) we would like to reassess our venture and continue to provide the services we were intended to since the consortium. We R Solution 2004 Inc. and EarthSaveMiami.org, Save The Earth Ecocenter, Inc. et. al. are conducting ‘Clean and Green Haiti’ SEDA-1 Waste Management and Food Security Conference for Invited Haitian Municipal Officials in conjunction with the Office of Miami Dade County Sister City Program to update the Sister City relation between Miami Dade County and Petit Goave Haiti; also STAR Session to better equip citizens in engagement of cleaner environment for risk prevention, as we look forward to bring our partnership more effective to serve its purpose and help establish better USA/Haiti people to people relationship and exchange, and better serve the Haitian Community and the diaspora, our aim for this venture is to better equip to help the participating collectivities in Haiti to benefit more tools and reconstruction and city management going forward.
