vPOLICE and Police Kids are Peace Officers and Officials of vTEAM123 and hhTEAM123.  vPOLICE apply Positive Earth Actions ‘PEAS’ to serve Mission123 on behalf of People-Environment-Animals.  Acting in the manner of Bobbies not Gestapo they carry a celery stick instead of a steel baton.  vPOLICE are recruited from adults and Police Kids from Ambassador Kids.
Police Kids in the bicycle brigade act as public safety monitors and wear offial theme colored berets.  While on patrol they’re equipped with a cell phone to report and document problems or PEA opportunities via photos-videos-text evidence; they also operate like boy-girl Scout Kids to help old ladies cross a street.
