Glenn Allen a.k.a. Spacehippie shares his spotlight and dishes out music covers and originals, sprinkled liberally with vegan patter.  His amp is ramped up for the outdoor patio (weather permitting) blending into spectacular Coconut Grove street level atmosphere – perfect for Poets, Songsters, Players, Readers, Performers at Open Mic.

WHAT’s For Dinner?

Options for RAW FOODIES worthy of Chanting YUMMM Mantra:

♥Sprouts & Greens Salad: kale, romaine, sprouts avocado, lemon, and pesto sauce ♥Side Salad: kale, romaine, carrots, and choice of dressing ♥Lentil Meat: our lentil meat is 100% raw, made with sprouted lentils. We keep it heated on the line, but upon request we can serve this raw, so it could be added to the salads above, or served as a side ♥Walnut Meat: raw walnuts, onions, garlic, and spices.  This can be added to the raw salads above, or served as a side ♥Guacamole: made in house, and can be added to the salads above, and maybe paired with a side of walnut meat, for a raw plate ♥Seasonal Salad: This is a newer salad. It does have quinoa in it, but for those who aren’t in need of 100% raw, this is a very clean option: kale, romaine, quinoa, walnuts, goji berries, hemp seeds ranch dressing ♥Raw Oatmeal: oat groats, cashews, dates, vanilla and cinnamon, topped with bananas and coconut. This is served all day upon request ♥Acai Bowl: Fully raw if you leave the granola off ♥Cold-pressed Smoothies and Juices
