Meet Prof/Chef Estela WindWalker

I graduated from the CLEAR Miami Summer Cohort in 2019, remembering the American Indian proverb "We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children.”  My mission is to share my Heavenly Recipes and Lifestyle with children and families, for climate resilience and a more Sustainable Compassionate, and Peaceful world.  I am honored to be the recipient of CatalystMiami's Neighbors to Leaders Fellowship Award, sponsor of 25 online participants in iCare About Earth 6 Free Lifestyle Workshops  plus a broader social media audience via Livestream (To Be Announced.)
