Section 1: MasterPlan Overview 2.0

Help Haiti NGO Mission123 Cooperative MasterPlan ('MasterPlan') is a five-year blueprint mandated by RJL Cooperative Trustees to help the people and heal the land of Haiti.  MasterPlan leverages our $20,000,000 corpus of strategic hhAssets and vFunds c/o Save The Earth Ecocenter, Inc./Vegtastic Philanthropy Circle for perpetual service to Haiti.

MasterPlan requires $80,000,000 capital in three-phases commencing 1.1.25, to develop and operate four dozen Public Service Modules ('PSM's) in our 4-story Community Center, 89 Cupidon, Petit-Goave, HT plus adjacent 944-acre Royal Cooperative Campus, Port Royal, HT.

The present and proposed PSM's include Haiti Natural Hospital and Natural Health Institute; S.E.D.A., SA public-private partnership with Haiti's Ministry of Interior for $2.5Bn SEDA Grand South Design 2030; SEDA Conferences 'Clean and Green Haiti 2025' pending as milestone events with our Sister Cities Homestead, FL and Miami-Dade County, FL.  PSM's provide welfare services to domestic and diaspora Haitians, sustainable infrastructure development, a green economy and climate resilience.

Ritho Jean Louis, Sr. is president of R Solution 2004, Inc., co-founder of S.E.D.A., SA and primary benefactor of RJL Trust.  Jeff 'VeganMan' Tucker is Chief Trustee, Chairman of Help-Haiti NGO and founder of Vegtastic Philanthropy Circle.  We are Poor Philanthropists, principals and master-planners for Help-Haiti Mission123, #SaveHaiti, #ReviveHaitiNow and TeamHAITI.

Conceptually MasterPlan initiatives are grouped into categories to simplify understanding:

  1. Community Development and Support: This category focuses on community-building initiatives such as the R-Solution Community Center, Ambassador Kids Cooperative (including 1.2 million orphans), and various meeting spaces and programs for cultural exchange, public service, and empowerment.
  2. Education and Empowerment: Initiatives in this category aim to provide education, OSHA vocational training, and empowerment opportunities to the Haitian population. It includes USCIS services, education centers, skill development programs, and platforms for creative expression and cultural preservation.
  3. Health and Well-being: The MasterPlan prioritizes public health and well-being through the establishment of healthcare clinics, an international chamber of commerce, and media collectives focused on promoting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
  4. Arts, Culture, and Expression: This category highlights initiatives that promote arts, culture, and creative expression in Haiti. It includes platforms for disabled artists, music bands, radio and TV channels, and outlets for cultural exchange and documentation.
  5. Food Security and Agriculture: The MasterPlan addresses food security and agricultural sustainability through initiatives like bakeries, food security depots, and cooperative farming projects.

MasterPlan is designed to overcome the challenges faced by Haiti, such as the aftermath of natural disasters, political instability, economic struggles, and distrust of relief agencies. By focusing on the 3H Criteria and implementing projects in a holistic, humane, and hygienic manner, the plan aims to build a sustainable micro-economy with food security, public health, universal employment, climate resilience, and diverse cultural expressions.

MasterPlan is driven by the dedicated TeamHAITI, a coalition of organizations and individuals working tirelessly to support the people of Haiti and heal their lands. It seeks to engage the Haitian diaspora and individuals worldwide to contribute and participate in the mission to build a better Haiti.
Through its comprehensive approach and collaborative efforts, the Help Haiti MasterPlan strives to create ethical and sustainable results that honor the aspirations of the youth, address community needs, and fulfill the dreams of Haiti's founders.

Mission123: Reviving Haiti Together

Mission123 empowers domestic and diaspora Haitians to cooperatively #SaveHaiti in a compassionate, healthful and sustainable system, titled Holistic-Humane-Hygienic 3-H Principles.  These guide all initiatives, programs and projects designed to Help the People - Heal the Land.  Nonprofit R-Solution 2004, Inc. curated hhAssets and developed 5o Public Service Modules in a grassroots and patriotic mission to improve the lives and livelihoods of all domestic and diaspora Haitians.

Section 2: The Help-Haiti Initiative

The 5-Year Help-Haiti Masterplan humanitarian initiative, Phase One, is set to launch 1.1.25. With Phase Two and Three it aims to develop the Haiti Natural Hospital, Natural Health Institute and Public Service Modules in R-Solution Community Center, 89 Cupidon (@89) downtown Petit-Goave, and Royal Cooperative Campus on our spectacular 944-acre site in Port Royal, Haiti. Chief Trustee Jeff 'VeganMan' Tucker is joined by four distinguished trustees: Ritho Jean Louis, Sr., Hon. Ralph Latortue, Pastor Elou Fleurine and Claude 'Papa Reggie' Reginald Jean. Today, TeamHAITI is working tirelessly to help the people and heal the land under Help-Haiti Mission and through the Help-Haiti NGO, a coalition of organizations and individuals committed to the cause.

Section 3: Funding and Assets

The initiative has set an $80,000,000 fundraising goal, which will cover the projected 5-year cost of $100M minus the current assets portfolio worth $20M (see section 9 of this MasterPlan). Current assets assigned to RJL Cooperative Trust include properties, headquarters building, equipment, vehicles, and commercial ties to sister cities and businesses. These resources are essential for the successful implementation of the Help-Haiti MasterPlan.

Section 4: Challenges Faced

Since the MasterPlan's launch, it has faced various challenges that have affected its progress. These challenges include the 7.2 magnitude Grand South Earthquake, political disruption following President Jovenel Moise's assassination, deteriorating economic and social conditions, lack of infrastructure, and widespread distrust of relief agencies. Despite these obstacles, the TeamHAITI remains committed to its mission.
Here is a list of challenges Haiti has faced since the early 1800s to the present day:

  1. Colonial Oppression:Haiti endured a long period of colonization under French rule, which included slavery, exploitation, and oppression.
  2. Haitian Revolution:Haiti's struggle for independence led to a revolution against French colonial rule. While successful, it resulted in ongoing political instability and economic challenges.
  3. Economic Exploitation:Haiti faced economic exploitation by foreign powers and endured harsh economic policies imposed by international actors, leading to a cycle of debt and dependency.
  4. Political Instability:Haiti has experienced political instability, including multiple coups, dictatorships, and frequent changes in government, which have hindered progress and governance.
  5. Natural Disasters: Haiti is prone to natural disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes, and floods. These events have caused widespread destruction, loss of life, and infrastructure damage.
  6. Poverty and Inequality: Haiti has long grappled with extreme poverty and income inequality, with a significant portion of the population living in poverty and lacking access to basic services and opportunities.
  7. Lack of Infrastructure: Insufficient infrastructure development, including roads, transportation, electricity, and clean water systems, has hindered economic growth and access to essential services.
  8. Health Crises: Haiti has faced various health crises, including outbreaks of diseases such as cholera, HIV/AIDS, and more recently, the COVID-19 pandemic.
  9. Environmental Degradation: Deforestation, soil erosion, and environmental degradation have contributed to agricultural challenges, food insecurity, and vulnerability to natural disasters.
  10. Security Challenges: Gang violence, crime, and social unrest have posed significant challenges to stability, public safety, and the functioning of institutions.
  11. Trust Deficit: Historical experiences of exploitation and a lack of transparency have led to a widespread distrust of relief agencies, hindering efforts for collaboration and progress.

Despite these challenges, the Help-Haiti Team and other initiatives continue to work towards addressing these issues and bringing about positive change in Haiti. The commitment to the Masterplan's mission remains strong, aiming to overcome obstacles and create a more sustainable and prosperous future for the country.

Master Plan: Let's unite our efforts

Join us in supporting the Master Plan for Haiti's future—a visionary roadmap that will transform communities, empower lives, and create a sustainable tomorrow. This approach aims to build a sustainable micro-economy with food security, public health, lifelong learning, universal employment, climate resilience, and diverse cultural expressions.

Why Help Haiti Now

A grave status quo faces the Haitian People: low-ranked economy; national government unable to provide for the common welfare; widespread gang violence; political chaos in the wake of President Jovenel Moise's July assassination; devastation and hardships from the 7.2 Grand South earthquake; failed relief efforts by international aid organizations, recent flooding and landslides...
R-Solution President Ritho Jean Louis dedicates his property, network of patriotic volunteers, partners in civil society, government and commerce to proclaim ‘We R The Solution.  We invite the Diaspora and good Samaritans everywhere to Help-Haiti!'
