Our commitment to Help Haiti via Worker Programs, and Loyal Supporters
Depending on when you were born, and how long you have lived in the USA or outside Haiti you may recall the struggled living and poverty-stricken conditions of your hometown in Haiti. We are directly speaking to anyone that has lived in Haiti or visited Haiti and has seen the conditions of living we are describing. We are speaking to anyone that is looking to join a real humanitarian initiative that finally addresses the living conditions of our friends and family members in Haiti.
The international community of supporters, NGOs, and agencies has an intermittent focus and action plan toward addressing the underlying challenges Haiti faces. All too often the support only arrives after a major disaster in Haiti but fails to provide a sustainable solution to truly Help Haiti. Help Haiti NGO is not just any regular NGO. Our initiative is a long-term commitment driven by the Diaspora, organizations on the ground that pull their resources together collectively and we are hoping you will join us today.
Why do we need help to Help Haiti?
It would seem all too often that organizations will always ask for money to help drive their initiatives. What is often missing or misunderstood is where does the money go? Since 2004 our Help Haiti initiative has relied on a modest budget and volunteer support for the drive and build-up of our 15 core humanitarian programs.
We’re still operating today on smaller budgets, and with fewer volunteers, yet the humanitarian efforts in Haiti have never been higher in demand than it is right now. Despite the setbacks, our organization remains dedicated to continuing our initiatives and expanding our programs and solutions.
Do we need money?
We need a group of supporters, and we are hoping you are the one, that aligns with our mission to help Haiti. We utilize grants and volunteers to find more like-minded patriots and supporters to maintain and expand this initiative. Early this year we launched our membership job placement program with R Solution Network [1], located in Petit Goave, Haiti. This program focuses on job training for agricultural, construction hospitality, trucking Class A driver, and other guest worker jobs for Haitians.
Our program provides for 4 membership levels. Three of the 4 levels are focused on employers, direct sponsors, and family members of guest workers. Our Silver membership is the membership level we know will appeal to people looking for an opportunity to drive toward a healthy economy, vibrant environment, strong educational system, and health-conscious lifestyle for Haiti.

A glance at our Haiti Initiative Action Plan
We want to provide you with 2 outlooks of our plan to Help Haiti. We are focused on immediate support and long-term support programs. The following is our list of support:
Immediate Humanitarian Initiative Support
- Support payment incentives for volunteers. The majority of the volunteers we procure locally. We have no intention of using people locally without paying them or providing them with in-kind perks. This money goes directly back to the families our volunteers support in Haiti.
- We have assets outside of Haiti that include generators, bulldozers, support vehicles, and other donated goods. Money collected from supporters assists with the shipping of these assets.
- Many of our service programs require supplies and materials for students and trainees. Programs such as our English R Us [3] are in need of books and audiovisual tools for the learning library.
- The building of our main headquarters, in Petit Goave Haiti, is in need of much-needed repair. This facility serves as a classroom and touchdown base for our volunteers and worker program participants. All of the 15 program modules we support are delivered and serviced from this facility.
- Complete restoration activities of our worker housing in Bainbridge, Georgia. This facility is in need of furniture, beds, kitchen supplies, and basic living essentials to provide adequate housing for our worker crews in this location. These workers provide present income and future skillsets to their communities.
- Renovate our latest asset in Cap Haitian which is earmarked to be the main headquarters for the driving instruction class for our worker program.
- Our latest Seed for Haiti project needs to be funded to support a mass distribution effort that includes, qualifying and procuring grantees, and storing and safeguarding the products.
- Operational overhead for our initiative is all about keeping the lights on. We need to fund the basic operations of the organization and donations and grants help accomplish this.
Long Term Outlook
Our initiative is all about a long-term plan to create a cooperative community campus and a sustainable ecosystem to ensure that Haitians can thrive. This campus will provide a place where the community can get health care, job placement and educational needs met. We have secured land that spans 960 acres in which we can provide the infrastructure to grow food, provide temporary shelter and host public fundraising events.

More About Us
[1]R Solution 2004 Inc.
Since 2005 nonprofit organization R Solution Network (RSN) has been an integral part of and leader in Job Placement programs in Haiti. Le Nouvelliste called RSN “the bridge between Haiti and the USA.” Fiduciary RSN connects employers, sponsors, and Haitian workers through our network of services and providers. RSN fulfills America, CARICOM, and foreign job contracts by providing reliable, well-trained, Haitian workers for up to 11 months to qualified companies and employers abroad. R Solution is one of two significant organizations that comprise the Help Haiti NGO foundational base. R Solution 2004, Inc. is a 501 (C)(3) non-profit, based in Homestead, Florida, USA, and Petit-Goave, Haiti. Through the years, R Solution 2004, Inc. has been a result-driven NGO that placed more than 300 Haitian farmworkers in job placement programs helping farmers across the US. They returned to Haiti with new farming techniques to help Haitians become more self-sustaining. R Solution 2004, Inc. has been championing humanitarian efforts in Haiti since its founding in 2003.
[2]Save the Earth Eco Center
Based out of Miami Save the Earth Eco-Center, Inc. has spearheaded numerous humanitarian initiatives in South Florida and around the world. Operating under a Chapter of EarthSave International, and providing resource information, events, and programs through its website (earthsavemiami.org) STEEI has seeded its mission of saving the earth one bite and one byte at a time. Since 1996 the organization has delivered educational and awareness programs to thousands of people and has raised over 2.5 million dollars (cash and in-kind contributions) while acquiring nearly 50,000+ volunteer hours toward a number of missions.
You will often identify the organization's branded touch by prefixing the letter “V” before many of its mission titles and programs. What does the “V’ represent? You decide for yourself as the organization’s mission is quite vast:
Insert V here, there, and everywhere. Be sure to become a #Vanguard of one or more of this organization’s missions.
[3]English R Us
As we know the French language is very present in the education systems in Haiti. The French language was the language of instruction in schools, despite less than 5% of the population actually speaking the language. The most widely spoken language in Haiti is Haitian Creole. Help Haiti NGO’s flagship Worker Program, which sends workers aboard, seeks to ensure that our workers will be able to communicate with their future employers and the community in which they will live and work for up to 11 months. The English R Us program initiative is available to our network subscribers and select organizations that we partner with in Haiti.
