Paradise Haven / NA-LI-T-H Lodge, proposed VeganVille Intentional Community per Paradise Design Document and vMission123.

Genesis: In 2008 prototype “Paradise Haven” had combined funding commitments of $2-5 million including investors and celebrity partners.  Purchase-development contract for 1 square mile cloud forest site in Panama (see summary/blueprint “Greeting Overview of Paradise Haven 4.14.08”) failed to close.

Artist-Educator-Healer-Ethical-Sustainable Community Blueprint by Phoenix Isis, Jeffrey M. Tucker, et. al. tribe. Since 2008, an opportunistic global initiative pending site confirmation, re-organized memberships and joint venturers. 

Funding: Depends on site and development of institutional, commercial, and social work, permaculture and residency opportunities. Minimum Re-boot Cap is $1.5M for soft probe of a prospective venue.

  3. great diligence to prevent undue influence of dollars
  4. commitment to non-speculative use of real estate with limited ROI
  5. clear intent for hierarchy of values: A) philanthropic/ educational/ non-profit  B) beneficial and ethical private concerns   C) other necessary/ pragmatic
  6. early stage provisions for individual initiative, expenditure and labor
  7. Capitalization: secured $1.5-2.5M, pending $2M…
