Kale Pesto
Ingredients
- Kale
- Toasted Pine Nuts
- Olive Oil
- Vegan 'Worchestershire' Sauce
- Lemon
- Garlic
- Dijon Mustard
- Vegan 'Romano' Cheese
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Prepare kale by removing the stems and steaming the leaves for 10 minutes or until soft (the leaves reduce down, so start with a large batch of kale).
- Rinse in cold water and squeeze out the moisture.
- Add to food processor or blender.
- The remaining ingredients are added to provide the flavor that you desire, so be creative and blend until you get the flavor you like.
