Being vegan for over 30 years now gives me a special insight. 25-30 years ago you never saw the word vegan on a protest sign. Even my early years in the animal rights movement, it was never really brought up much. We watched it trickle into society like a slow leaky pipe. Now it seems that pipe has burst and the word Vegan is everywhere. I saw so many signs and T’shirts with the word vegan in some form that all I can say is it brought a happy tear to my eye, and made this old warrior very happy in the moment~ Chef Brook Katz, EarthSave Ambassador 🙄
