In the unfiled case of EarthSave Miami/Florida Chapter ('ESM') et. al. ('Plaintiffs')
vs.
EarthSave International ('ESI'), J. Nelson and Directors ('Perpetrators')

After 29 years of exemplary chapter operations, Plaintiffs condemn ESI's unlawful closure of
paid-up website domain earthsavemiami.org, and Meta's unwarranted closure of @EarthSaveFlorida, and illicit request to Bluehost to scrub hundreds of website words and graphic - which Bluehost denied.  Plaintiffs condemn ESI's defamation, attempted extortion,  false allegations of copyright infringement, et. al.  ESI adduced unethical bylaws which are devoid of jurisprudence and unsupported by any court order or judicial finding.  Plaintiffs hold
ESI liable for damages, civil claims and possible criminal prosecution.  Non-for-profit Plaintiffs are only constrained from taking appropriate legal action by its prohibitively high costs.

#SaveEarthSave Petition Committee members typically choose anonymity for fear of ESI bullying and intimidation tactics.  SES Petition blows a whistle on ESI's allegedly unethical, non-fiduciary bylaws, policies and practices; gradual attrition of 32 of 34 licensed chapters since 2002; abandonment of John Robbins' EarthSave Mission & Legacy; decline from a robust community of chapter-based activists, advocates and educators in Germany, Canada and the USA to a near-bankrupt and dysfunctional corporation; absence of chapter services or new chapters' formation; a disengaged and dormant official website; malicious exploitation of EarthSave Miami/Florida Chapter; et. al.
