A Masterplan to Revive!
Help Haiti vFund was mandated on 8.11.21 by RJL Cooperative Trust ('RJL Trust') to Help The People and Heal The Land. Help-Haiti Mission123 Masterplan will use the cash, grants and loans for a visionary 5-year humanitarian project in three phases.
Ritho Jean Louis, Sr., Trust benefactor and Jeff 'VeganMan' Tucker, Head Trustee and vFund Manager c/o Vegtastic 501c3 Philanthropy Circle are committed to #SaveHaiti and #SaveEarth respectively, with benevolent institutions and coalitions, including the Grand South Mayors Task Force.
Help-Haiti NGO serves all Haitian People, domestic and diaspora. Masterplan and SEDA Grand South Design 2030 deploys RJL Trust corpus of Strategic Trust hhAssets, sub-agencies and humanitarian initiatives to empower Haiti "to rise from the rubble and rebuild" following earthquakes in 2010 and 2021 plus natural disasters.
In summary, our TeamHAITI is working 24/7/365 to construct Haiti Natural Hospital on our 944 acre Royal Cooperative Campus and develop Public Service Modules in 4-story R-Solution Community Center at 89 Cupidon, Petit-Goave. In our public-private partnership, SEDA, SA would serve four million residents in the Grand South Territory between Dame-Marie (west) and Anse-a-Pitres (east) with a Royal Railway financed by SEDA bonds.
Help-Haiti vFund-PLUS covers emergency relief and permanent infrastructure, mandated by RJL Trust
vFund-PLUS supports special and emergency humanitarian initiatives and standing fundraisers, mandated by RJL Trust to benefit domestic and diaspora Haitians, their lands and nation. Just three days after Help Haiti vFund

No one who intends to help others plans on abandoning people while they are still in need. However when this does happen it is up to others to come to the rescue. It’s the everyday people who carry on the missions that still need ongoing support. The aid, support, and help for the Haitian people must go beyond the first responder outreach and efforts. Continuous support, aid and recovery activities are needed to make a long-lasting, permanent, and positive impact on Haiti. The next response wave will come from donors like you. This does not have to be a last response movement.
Two organizations have joined forces to create a movement that involves the Haitian diaspora, patriots of Haiti, and dedicated humanitarians around the world in order to Help Haiti. Save the Earth EcoCenter, Inc., a Florida non-profit organization, and R Solution 2004 Inc. (dba R-Solution Foundation), a workforce placement leader and humanitarian provider based in Petit Goave, Haiti, are making significant progress in their evidence-based plans to Help Haiti.
We count on you to expand the solutions initiated by patriot Pres. Ritho Jean Louis, Sr. and R-Solution 2004, Inc. two decades ago. Our 5-year Masterplan seeks to raise over 80 million dollars to perpetuate our 40+ Public Service Modules and humanitarian initiatives like 'Shoes for Haiti.' We believe you will help us help Haiti because you share the Dreams of our Founding Fathers and hear our sincere plea for your assistance and support. As little as $25 can impact the status quo. Thank you for choosing any of the following:
Worker Program
We are seeking sponsors, employers, and individuals to subscribe to our worker program. Members obtain invaluable access to assistance and support for H2 A/B Visa opportunities.
Fundraising
We are actively raising funds to support our various initiatives. Donate today and help us Help Haiti.
Supply Drives
We coordinate supply runs to Haiti frequently. These care packages deliver much-needed supplies and essentials to Haiti
Hospital Development
Learn more about our Hospital Development project for Haiti. Hospitals provide tremendous benefits to the communities they serve. We plan to address and combat the social determinants of health, such as poverty and violence, that harm individuals’ ability to achieve well-being.
Agricultural Restoration
Implement a collection of farming practices that help to sequester carbon, improve soil quality, reduce erosion and runoff, and offer a more sustainable way of growing food in Haiti.
Why does Haiti need your help?
Before going into why and how you can help we believe it’s important to explain what has led to the disposition of the living conditions and instability in the infrastructure of Haiti. The timeline illustration below highlights events that were significant negative factors that impacted the economic and infrastructure growth of Haiti.
Timeline
French King Charles X agrees to formally recognize Haiti as an independent nation, provided that the country pays 150 million francs in reparations to France (approximately $33 billion in today’s currency). Haiti takes out high-interest loans from American, German, and French banks to cover the cost (approximately 80% of the country’s annual national budget).
Floods damaged parts of the country early in 2004, a vulnerability that is further exploited that September by Hurricane Ivan and Hurricane Jeanne. Jeanne kills at least 3,000 and leaves another 250,000 Haitians homeless. Flooding destroys key rice and fruit harvests.
Hurricane Dennis kills 56 and causes an additional $50 million in damages for Haitians.
2008 sees a string of natural disasters within just one month, including Tropical Storms Fay and Hanna and Hurricanes Gustav and Ike, destroying 25% of the country’s economy.
On the afternoon of January 1, 2010, a 7.0-magnitude earthquake hits Port-au-Prince. The scale is unprecedented in an urban setting. While international donors pledge $5.3 billion to help Haiti rebuild, many fail to meet their commitments.
The country is further overwhelmed by a cholera outbreak — the first of its kind on record and regarded by many to be the worst in recent history. Lasting for years, cases number 820,000, and approximately 10,000 are killed.
Hurricane Matthew makes landfall late in the season (October 4, 2016) and is the strongest storm to hit Haiti since 1964. In addition to destroying crops just before harvest time, it exacerbates the cholera epidemic, leaves 200,000 families without a home, and causes further damage to the country’s infrastructure.
Haitian civilians, especially the most vulnerable, suffer these consequences the most, especially amid a lack of humanitarian funding. In 2019, the United Nations reports only meeting 30% of its funding goals for Haiti as many donors fall behind on financial commitments.
a 7.2-magnitude earthquake hits western Haiti, approximately 55 miles north of Les Cayes. It is the largest natural disaster to hit the country since the 2010 earthquake.
