Haiti Emergency Force is mandated for Cooperative Chamber of Commerce to control and coordinate resources and responders during disasters and emergencies.
Networked amongst police, fire, coast guard, political agencies to facilitate communication, command and control in the national interest.
The Force will maintain a computer application and communication system that connects mayors, commissionaires, wardens, medical facilities, police chiefs, et. al.
