Plaintiffs consider ESI allegations concerning copyright infringement, license forfeiture, domain closure, et. al. and egregious attacks on web domain earthsavemiami.org and Facebook @earthsaveflorida, are legally-nonbinding, based upon unethical, non-fiduciary bylaws instead of license law and jurisprudence, ostensibly unsupported by any court order, and subject to forensic investigation, civil claims for damages, and/or criminal prosecution.
Plaintiffs are highly-motivated to file both civil and criminal actions but for the high legal costs of filings
and the urgency of our budgetary commitments to feed and sustain our clients.
